A native of Orange County. Jason has over 12 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate and has worked on complicated real estate transactions in excess of $25 million.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has held titles from Project Engineer, to Project liaison, to Project Manager, to Principal, and ultimately Owner/Founder of a successful Internet based company with several published articles; however, his heart and passion have always been in real estate.

With his knowledge in real estate now and his past training and experience as an engineer, Jason brings a strong set of skills to the real estate negotiating table including a high attention to detail, expert problem solving, creative thinking, a positive attitude and an outstanding ability to communicate with all types of people.
